The hamlet of Pen-y-Cefn sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the Clwydian Hills and lovely North Wales coastline. This hamlet in Flintshire is near to the small town of Caerwys, which has amenities including two pubs, a newsagent, butchers and tennis courts. Resorts local to Pen-y-Cefn include the seaside towns of Rhyl and Prestatyn, with their family attractions and sandy beaches.
