A charming cottage with lovely gardens in the heart of Parracombe just a short drive from Lynton and Lynmouth. Parking can be found in the village car park approx 75yds.

Woodcote is a charming stylishly presented cottage with pine stripped doors, colour washed walls, and occasional exposed beams, nestling in the heart of Parracombe, just a short drive from Lynton and Lynmouth, ideally located for exploring this beautiful part of the North Devon coastline and Exmoor National Park. With two reception rooms, the larger living room has an outlook over the garden and the smaller 'snug' style room features a wood burning stove and French doors to the garden. An attractive kitchen / dining room complemented by slate tiled floor has ample space for family meals and a stable door leads out to the patio and pretty lawned garden. Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms, the double room has an outlook across the village and surrounding countryside, and both are served by a modern bathroom. Woodcote is a fabulous base for walkers and with a popular local pub with an excellent reputation for good food within strolling distance.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living room with stereo. Smaller 'snug' style sitting room with TV with Freeview and wood burning stove. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Drying service available on request. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Regret no pets. No smoking. Garden furniture. Free parking approximately 75 yards in village car park. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
