Woodbine Cottage is a conversion in an old maltings in the delightful Broadland village of Ludham and close to Womack Staithe.
Ludham is a pretty Broadland village between Wroxham and Potter Heigham. The village has a splendid flint church, shops and pubs. There are excellent walks in the area including nearby How Hill. Norwich and Great Yarmouth are both about a half an hour's drive away. Boat enthusiasts will enjoy the sight of one of the last remaining wherries, as well as the heritage sailing fleet based at Womack Staithe.
Woodbine Cottage is an attractively furnished property in a quiet village location adjacent to Womack Water, a small secluded broad. Within easy reach of village facilities including an excellent shop and pub, it is an ideal location for fishing, boating and relaxing walks. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles
