A property with a wealth of character - Westgate House is an attractive C17th grade II listed flint house on the edge of Binham village with open views over fields, and a large enclosed garden.

Binham is a beautiful, peaceful village retaining the charm and character of a bygone age. The village has the remains of an early 12th century Benedictine priory, where classical concerts are held throughout the summer and the whole area is steeped in history. The Georgian town of Holt is eight miles away with the harbour town of Wells four miles away. Also nearby is the picturesque village of Blakeney, where narrow streets slope down to the tidal creek, and which offers sailing and beautiful coastal and marshland walks. The well-stocked village shop is a legendary village institution, as are the excellent butcher and pub.
