Waterhaze is a high quality holiday home situated in a peaceful spot overlooking Somerford Lagoon. As one would expect at Clearwater Lake, the property is superbly appointed with all mod cons included and careful attention given to detail that will make your holiday a special one. Internally, the cool design of an open plan living space (on the first floor) makes the experience a special one with superb views provided by the large glass windows: a contemporary tour de force! Externally the house enjoys full access to the Artspa as well the many miles of walks around the lakes and paths that are found across the area. This lakeside house is clearly very unique, we believe it is absolutely ideal for families or groups who want to make the most of a stylish property and location that will keep everyone busy yet relaxed! ACCOMMODATION (Reverse Living)Bedroom One, lakeside, with double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, built-in double wardrobe, plus an Ensuite Shower room with washbasin and WC. Access to rear decking.Bedroom Two, lakeside, with double bed, two bedside cabinets, built-in double wardrobe, Ensuite Shower Room with washbasin and WC and access to the rear decking.Bedroom Three with two single beds for children.Family Bathroom with bath, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail.First FloorLiving Room, large and open plan with large glass windows open to balcony area. Oak flooring, wood burning stove, TV and DVD player. Kitchen a contemporary area with cream units, granite work tops, breakfast bar, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.Living Room/Dining hardwood floors containing a beautiful glass dining table with seats. This area opens to a comfortable living area with easy sofas. The floor to ceiling windows open out to a lovely sheltered decking area ideal for al fresco meals.OUTSIDEThe Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. As a guest, unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay!Please advise Manor Cottages at the time of booking if your party is a single sex group.Sorry No Pets. No Smoking. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice.
