A delightful character cottage lovingly restored by the owners, using traditional materials and complimented with quality furnishings, a modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Tower Cottage has a courtyard setting and is one of several cottages converted from the former grooms cottages of The Towers. Situated in the village of Portinscale, on the northern shores of Derwentwater, with restaurants, pub, tea room/shop and marina all in close proximity. There are lovely walks from the cottage, both around the lake and onto the fells and a footpath into Keswick.
