This outstanding, detached property is in the small hamlet of Eddlethorpe, near Malton and can sleep fourteen people in six bedrooms.
The Trainer’s House is situated in Eddlethorpe, near Malton. The cottage sleeps fourteen people and has three first floor double bedrooms, one with en-suite, two first floor twin bedrooms, one with en-suite and one second floor twin bedroom with an en-suite. There is also a main bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there are a large fitted kitchen with a dining area, a spacious sitting room with a woodburner, a second sitting room/library with a sofa bed and a separate indoor heated swimming pool with a motorised cover. Outside the cottage has ample off road parking and a rear lawned garden and patio with furniture and a BBQ and access to 40 acres of woodland and grounds. With beautiful surroundings to discover and the popular, historic city of York nearby, The Trainer’s House is a fantastic setting for a break at any time of year.
