This delightful character cottage is situated in the centre of the pretty village of Berrynarbor that nestles in the famous and picturesque Sterridge Valley between the coastal village of Combe Martin and the popular town resort of Ilfracombe. The cottage offers spacious and attractive accommodation and is ideal for those wishing to experience Devon village life with the local pub serving good food and a village community store just a short walk. The spacious living room is stylishly presented with a mix of classic and contemporary furnishings, a dining area, and there is a feature stone fireplace. A well equipped fully fitted kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals at the end of a day spent on one of the wonderful sandy beaches that are just a short scenic drive, or exploring the surrounding countryside on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The delightful fully enclosed garden benefits from a BBQ station and garden furniture for dining alfresco style. A ground floor king-size bedroom has an ensuite shower room and two first floor bedrooms are served by a family bathroom. The Shippen is the ideal location for families and groups of friends with a small games area offering table football providing fun for the young and young at heart.
