The Pepperpot is a quiet, detached property located in the grounds of a country house and close to the villages of Lamberhurst, Horsmonden and Brenchley, which offer several good pubs and restaurants. Nearby are the attractions of Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum and Scotney Castle, which provide walking and other leisure facilities. Tunbridge Wells is only seven miles away, offering excellent shopping and tourist attractions. The coastal towns of Hastings and Rye Harbour provide a great day out within an hour and London is a 40 minute train ride away departing from Paddock Wood station.
