The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms - one king-size double and one twin, both on the first floor. There is a ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation is on the ground floor and is open plan, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and patio doors leading to the front garden. The garden is large, with a lawned area, patio and furniture. There is also ample off road parking at the cottage. With the Peak District National Park on the doorstep and lovely villages and market towns to explore nearby, Spinney Farm Cottage makes a great Peak District cottage base.
