Description
Brandsby, just 14 miles away from the city of York, is within an hour’s drive of the North York Moors and the East Coast seaside towns of Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington.
Seaves Cottage is a 4 star Gold Award winning property set in the stunning countryside of the Howardian Hills, with many walking, riding and leisure opportunities in the surrounding areas. It is a beautiful Grade II listed stone built cottage (formerly part of the owner's 15th century Grade II listed farmhouse). Situated on a working rare-breed cattle farm in the peaceful rural village of Brandsby between York and Helmsley, Seaves Cottage has been carefully restored and offers accommodation including a traditional sitting room with log burning stove, oak wood floors, and a luxury en-suite steam shower with foot massage and built in radio. Outside is a charming walled courtyard. The East coast resorts of Whitby and Scarborough, the North York Moors, the historic city of York, and many stately homes, castles and museums are all accessible from Seaves Cottage.
