Description

Scatho provides light and airy accommodation which had been furnished to a high standard and is perfect for both families and group gatherings, also for wheelchair users and those that require easy access. Forming one of six bright holiday lodges situated within the Eco Village, Scatho forms just one of a pair.

The property is arranged on one level and offers wheelchair friendly facilities with a slight slope to the front door. On entering the property, access is straight into the light and welcoming lounge/ kitchen/ diner with electric effect living flame fire and flat screen TV. The well equipped and modern fitted kitchen with dining area enjoy large French windows that lead straight out on the private patio with garden furniture with the addition of a small lawn.

Off the main lounge area, there are three separate doorways that lead to the three bedrooms. One double bedroom (5ft) with en-suite wet room with WC and wheelchair friendly facilities. The second bedroom with two single beds and an additional double bedroom with vanity basin. An additional doorway from the main hallway leads into a separate bathroom with handheld shower on the bath and WC.

Scatho provides a communal lawned area to the rear and one parking space adjacent to the property with additional parking on site.
