This detached barn conversion stands in a courtyard on the owners' smallholding near Presteigne in Powys, and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Pheasants Lodge is a charming detached wood-clad barn conversion, set next to the owners' home on their 20-acre smallholding in Thorn near Presteigne, which is home to horses, sheep, cattle and pigs. Up the spiral staircase is a bedroom with super-king-size bed and walk-in wardrobe, though the bed can be offered as two singles if preferred. Downstairs is a bathroom, and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside, the enclosed decked area with BBQ is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring, and there is off road parking for one car. Close to superb walking and cycling, half a mile from Offa's Dyke and within easy reach of Ludlow, Knighton, Hay-on-Wye and Hereford, Pheasants Lodge is perfect as a romantic or restorative retreat.
