Decorated and furnished to a high standard, this property provides luxurious and spacious living arranged on one floor and forms part of eight architecturally designed eco properties based within The Eco Village. Morvoren is detached and uses sustainable, natural materials and timbers along with solar panels to provide excellent insulation whilst taking care of the planet.

On entering the property, the doorway leads straight into a light and airy lounge/ kitchen/ diner with wood burner, flat screen TV and French windows which open onto the decking area outside. The dining area sits adjacent to the well equipped modern fitted kitchen and the open plan design makes Morvoren perfect for families.

On the other side of the hallway, the property provides two bedrooms. The first room to one side provides a twin bedroom with standard size twin beds and a separate shower room with WC which sits opposite the twin bedroom. The next doorway leads into a king size bedroom (5ft) with en-suite shower room and WC. French windows provide access onto the decking outside.

To the front of the property, the decking leads all the way round the property and provides garden seating. Morvoren provides one designated parking space slightly set back from the property and on an incline, with additional parking on site.
