Description

Morlader provides luxurious accommodation and forms one of eight architecturally designed eco properties based within The Eco Village at Mawgan Porth. Each eco lodge is detached and uses sustainable, natural materials and timbers along with solar panels to provide excellent insulation whilst taking care of the planet.

Morlader is arranged on one floor and on entering the property, a hallway divides and to one side is the cosy lounge/ kitchen/ diner with wood burner and French windows which open onto the decking area. The dining area sits adjacent to the well equipped and modern fitted kitchen and the open plan design makes Morlader perfect for families and group gatherings.

On the other side of the hallway, the property provides three bedrooms. The first room to one side provides a twin bedroom with standard size twin beds, followed by a double bedroom. Opposite the double bedroom is a separate bathroom with bath and hand held shower and WC. At the end of the corridor, a doorway leads into a spacious king size bedroom (5ft) with en-suite shower room and WC.

The front door leads to the decking which extends around the property, (although not enclosed) with garden seating for visitors sole use. Morlader provides one designated parking space slightly set back from the property with additional parking on site. The property is accessed via a slight incline from the parking area
