The three self-catering holiday cottages, Millers Rest, Trewin and Cider Cottage all provide spacious comfortable accommodation, which can be booked individually or if required, jointly for larger groups. Set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, visitors can stroll down to the river to enjoy a picnic or fly fish for trout, or explore outstanding countryside through the numerous walks and trails. The spectacular coastline and award winning beaches of Bude and Crackington Haven are just a winding 15 minute drive away, while enthusiastic foodies will seek out the many local producers and eateries in the bustling market towns and villages of Ruby Country. For the active visitor there is a wealth of choice close by, from surfing at Widemouth Bay, canoeing along the Bude Canal, golf at numerous courses and sea fishing from the unique and famous Clovelly village. Well Farm Cottages in Cornwall, are perfect for visitors looking for somewhere a little of the beaten track but conveniently located for a great West Country holiday.

Millers Rest is an attractive and spacious cottage holiday home, with its own private courtyard ideal for relaxation and barbecues. The living/dining room features an open fireplace with logs available to purchase on site, or an electric wood burner effect stove will ensure cosy evenings whatever the season. The sofa converts to a double bed, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. The cottage has three bedrooms the smallest of which is a single with its own TV. The comfortable master bedroom is attractively furnished in Devonshire pine. The kitchen is light and modern with views at the rear over fields and nearby woodland. With a small lawned area to the back of the cottage and a larger communal area with play equipment to the front of the property there will be plenty of space to roam and play. Millers Rest will make a happy family base, to enjoy a holiday in North Cornwall, at any time of the year.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living/dining room with 42" plasma TV with Freeview, DVD, open fire and electric wood burning stove. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Four steps from hallway down to Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Two steps from hallway down to Bedroom 3 with Single with flat screen TV/DVD. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
