Surrounded by beautiful countryside and villages it is a lovely location for a holiday. The renowned beaches of the North Norfolk coast, the fine city of Norwich and unique Norfolk Broads are all easily just a short drive away, and the area is great for walking and cycling with Marriott’s Way on the outskirts of the town. With its pubs, cafes and shops it offers something for all ages.

Manor Farm Cottage is a pretty conversion of the farm's former stable block. All on one level it is comfortable and well equipped and is a perfect base for relaxing and exploring. Surrounded by paddocks and fields it sits adjacent to the owner's home and overlooks their delightful landscaped grounds and duck pond. Set within a quiet and rural part of the town it really does offer peace and tranquillity with the benefits of the town centre in easy walking distance. Marriott’s Way is virtually on the doorstop giving you access to one of the county's best off-road walking and cycling experiences. Shops/Pub: 1 mile
