A modern fully equipped detached home in the pretty village of Croyde A modern detached home within a few minutes walk of the pretty village centre and Croyde's sandy beach. Tucked away in a private cul-de-sac, Lundy Lodge is a comfortable home from home with co-ordinated furnishings. The living room features French doors through to the dining room and patio doors off this room lead out to the garden. Fitted in pine the kitchen is very well equipped and there is a convenient ground floor cloakroom. All three bedrooms on the first floor are furnished in pine and the double bedroom is ensuite, two remaining bedrooms are served by a separate bathroom. The garden is level and enclosed with a patio and small lawn where you can enjoy a barbecue after a lazy day on the beach. Convenient storage for surfboards and beach equipment is available in the garage.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Porch. Living room with TV with freesat digital recorder, DVD, video and stereo. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Cloakroom with WC. First floor: Bedroom 1 with King and en-suite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Bunks. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
