Description
With the added benefit of its own small balcony, Louie is entered by six railed steps leading up from the shared patio garden.
The fully glazed front door opens directly into an open plan living room with pastel colours and exposed beams rising up to the apex of the roof. A two seater tub sofa and two tub chairs face the electric coal effect stove and wall mounted flat screen TV, there is a drop leaf dining suite, and modern fitted kitchen units run along one wall. French Windows open to a small railed balcony at the gable end with countryside views.
Downstairs there is a bedroom with a 5ft divan double bed, pine furniture and an adjacent shower room W.C. with hand basin, heated towel rail and wide shower cubicle.
