Llangain Farmhouse enjoys one of the most spectacular locations imaginable. Situated on a hill overlooking the Wye Valley, you can literally stand awe struck at this utterly magical view. With over 250 years of history this is a holiday home that comes highly recommended with traditional features throughout, including beams, thick walls and three woodburning stoves. The house has been restored using local craftsmen and materials (such as Herefordshire Oak) to create a one off property. The cottage can sleep up to 12 as there is an additional barn for an extra two people. We see this as a wonderful converted farmhouse with a location that is unparalled.ACCOMMODATION Farmhouse (sleeps 6/8, 4 bedrooms) Entrance to Living Room with wood burning stove, two sofas (one a sofa bed*) plus armchairs, large TV with integral DVD/CD player. Kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and chairs, woodburning stove and storage heater. Bathroom with bath (with shower fitting), washbasin and WC. UpstairsBedroom One with 5ft double bed and wardrobeBedroom Two with twin beds, standard size and wardrobeBedroom Three with 3ft wide bunk beds. Bedroom Four (accessed via a steep oak ladder stairs, suitable for the more agile), with twin/double bedroom. The Barn (sleeps 2) with an open-plan mezzanine bedroom.
