Leys Hill Farm Cottage is a traditional country cottage which offers simply spectacular country views across the Wye Valley with the River Wye approximately 1/2 mile down the hill.. Perched near the top of a large hill it offers complete peace and quiet and is a lovely location for a Wye Valley retreat. Walks into the surrounding fields start from your doorstep and, in addition to a private patio, is a large shared garden with many a nook and cranny in which to relax and enjoy the view. Inside the accommodation is spacious and airy, comfortably furnished and welcoming. This delightful and relatively inexpensive holiday cottage offers comfortable accommodation in a rural setting simply ideal for relaxing and recharging ACCOMMODATIONEntrance to open plan Lounge/Diner/KitchenLiving Area with TV, Freeview and sofa Kitchen equipped with electric hob and oven microwave and fridge. Bedroom with twin beds (can be pushed together) with Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower above WC & hand-basin.OutsideThere is a small patio area to the side of the property along with gardens to the front. The property sits on acres of land which guests can use to walk, including 'Five Hundred Acre Wood'. Central heating and electricity included. Parking for two cars. One small well-behaved pet welcome, second pet by negotiation(the owner has dogs).Saturday Changeover and full week bookings in the summer months only please. Non Smokers.
