Situated in an elevated position in the village of Portinscale, Lakes View has panoramic fell views to Skiddaw, Latrigg, Grisedale Pike, Causey Pike and the Bassenthwaite valley. Portinscale is a small village just 10 minutes walk by an off road footpath in to Keswick town centre, where you will find a wealth of amenities. The village has a pub which serves bar meals, a tea room, restaurants and 2 marinas on Derwentwater.
