Description
Karrek provides luxurious accommodation and is one of eight architecturally designed eco properties. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, Karrek provides luxurious and spacious living along with an attractive outside space for relaxation.
Karrek is detached and uses sustainable, natural materials and timbers along with solar panels to provide excellent insulation whilst taking care of the planet. Arranged on one floor and on entering the property, a hallway divides and to one side is the spacious lounge/ kitchen/ diner with wood burner and French windows which open onto the decking area and garden via steps. The dining area sits adjacent to the well equipped kitchen and the open plan design makes Karrek perfect for families and group gatherings.
On the other side of the hallway, the property provides three bedrooms. One double bedroom is situated on one side of the corridor and opposite is a twin bedroom with standard size twin beds. A separate bathroom with bath and hand held shower and WC is situated next door to the bedrooms. At the end of the corridor, a doorway leads into a spacious king size (5ft) bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.
The decking extends along the front of the property to the small lawned garden area with garden seating and an additional flight of steps at the rear lead up to a hilltop bench seat. Karrek provides one parking space nearby to the property with additional parking on site.
The property is accessed via four steps from the parking area.
