Surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside, the pretty village of North Molton borders Exmoor National Park and delightful Jasmine Cottage is just a short stroll from the village bakery and post office. Spacious and welcoming throughout, the charming living room has comfy sofas flanking the inglenook fireplace, complete with wood burning stove for cosy evenings. Across the hallway a separate dining room is ideal for family breakfasts and the pretty country cream kitchen with attractive red brick flooring together with a separate utility / cloakroom provides everything you could need. A central staircase leads up to the stylish bedrooms, and an attractive Victorian styled bathroom. Presented in soft neutral tones the double room features an ensuite shower cubicle and the twin has a pretty fireplace. The sunny rear garden is a lovely spot for dining al fresco or simply relaxing after a busy day exploring this beautiful area. The garden room provides plenty of space for storage of bicycles, walking boots or even surfboards as the fabulous coastline is just a forty five minute drive away!
