A spacious detached barn conversion nestling in a beautiful wooded valley, just a short drive from the coast and perfect for families.

Nestling in a pretty courtyard setting surrounded by a beautiful wooded valley, Holly Cottage combines traditional features with contemporary styling to offer a delightful country retreat. Activity lovers will appreciate the quad biking, jeep drives, walking and horse riding found close by and Woolacombe fabulous beach is just a short drive away. For shooting enthusiasts, the renowned South West Shooting School is on site. Renovated to the highest standard this detached barn conversion uses the latest eco friendly technology. The heating and hot water is powered by an Air Source Pump, which in turn heats the under floor heating which keeps the barn cosy for holidays and short breaks at any time of year. A really spacious open plan living room with superb kitchen area is stylishly furnished with two large comfy leather sofas flanking the attractive wall mounted fire. An oak staircase rises to the lovely master bedroom with ensuite modern family bathroom. There are two further bedrooms and a useful cloakroom on the ground floor. Holly Cottage is the perfect choice for a great family holiday or activity break with friends.

Kitchen area with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, larder fridge and freezer. Bedroom 1 with Twin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Cloakroom with WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 3 with King and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and basin.
