Description

A spacious, cosy and very comfortable semi-detached cottage with sea views from the garden out to the Longships Lighthouse in the ancient farming hamlet of Escalls. Converted from single storey granite barns on two sides of a courtyard and set on the cliffs above Whitesand Bay and Sennen Cove, it is within walking distance, by footpath, of magnificent sandy beaches.

The cottage is approached by a farm lane and entered from the outer side by way of a landscaped garden and parking space for two cars. The front door leads into a small entrance lobby with coat pegs and then into an open-plan light and airy living room with newly fitted kitchen units, comfortable seating next to a gas woodburner effect stove and French doors to a patio and walled grassy garden on the seaward side.

There is a shower room W.C. with hand basin and two pleasantly furnished bedrooms which have a 5ft double and twin beds respectively. The village amenities of Sennen and Sennen Cove are about five minutes drive and for the more energetic the Blue Flag beach at Whitesands is a fifteen minute walk down the hill by cliff path.
