High Ivah is a ground floor studio property, a wing of the owners’ detached home, in the hamlet of Lowgill, five miles from Bentham. The cottage sleeps two people in one 'drop down' double bed, which is in the open plan living area of the cottage. There is also a small kitchenette and sitting area here, and a separate shower room with shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and guests have use of the owners' spacious garden area with furniture and BBQ. The amenities of Bentham are close by and there are wonderful scenic walking opportunities in the area. High Ivah is a great base for touring the countryside of the Yorkshire Dales and Cumbria.
