Fulmar and Guillemot are two stunning new homes in a select development within a few yards of the South West Coast Path, Hallsands beach and the beautiful Start Bay coastline. Each cottage has stunning panoramic views out to sea from the lounge and ground floor bedrooms with lovely country views to the rear. Hallsands is a small village on the Start Bay coastline with an intriguing history and unspoilt cove - it offers the perfect base for walking, shore fishing and exploring the narrow country lanes and coastal paths. The popular 'Cricket Inn' at Beesands is a 20 minute walk away whilst the beautiful sandy beaches of Salcombe and East Portlemouth are within a short drive. There is parking for one car directly outside each cottage plus additional spaces for up to two further cars (or one car and boat) in allocated visitor bays nearby.
