The cottage has three twin bedrooms (one with an ensuite) which with the addition of a family bathroom make it suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden. Set on a separate area of the Lockerbie Lorry Park, close to the A74(M), Grouse Cottage is part of a group that can sleep up to 25 people.
