An excellent open plan style apartment with outstanding sea views.

Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, close to the village of Georgeham, two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe. Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool and toddler pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and is ideal for swimming and surfing. The North Devon Coastal path is nearby, perfect for cyclists and walkers. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments.

Perfect for families or couples and ideal for walkers wanting to explore this dramatic part of the coastline. An inner porch provides convenient storage for surfboards and beach equipment. The excellent living room is open plan with outstanding views through the large picture window and patio doors leading out onto the balcony. Wi-Fi broadband is provided so you can bring your lap top along. With the kitchen area to one corner, and dining table strategically positioned, you can enjoy the spectacular view whilst having a meal or just take in the ever-changing scene in a relaxed atmosphere. There are two attractive bedrooms, the double is spacious with an ensuite facility, and a separate bathroom serves the second. Stylishly presented and with uninterrupted views, the apartment provides a perfect setting.
