A delightful apartment providing excellent accommodation in an open plan style and with stunning views over Putsborough beach.

Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe. Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments.

This is a delightful apartment with a quick and easy access into the Clifton Court building. Once inside it is all on one level, and the open plan style provides excellent accommodation. The stunning views of Putsborough Beach, Baggy Point and Woolacombe Bay can be enjoyed from both the living and dining areas, with patio doors opening out onto the balcony to capture the full expanse of the view. Two attractively furnished bedrooms with built in wardrobes are served by a separate modern fully tiled bathroom. High quality furnishings with comfortable seating and pine furniture throughout make this apartment warm and welcoming.
