Whether you want a relaxing break or an action packed activity holiday this is the perfect place to stay. There are walks to the Lake and onto the surrounding fells, including Causey Pike and Catbells and the Newlands Activity Centre is just across the road. In the evenings you can relax and unwind in the garden with a beer or a glass of wine. The Swinside inn is a 10 minute walk where you can enjoy a meal and a drink without the need to drive.
