Description
This is a once in a lifetime experience. Converted from a former railway carriage and based at the former station in Hawsker, this cottage sleeps six people in character accommodation.
This is a holiday cottage like no other. Converted from a railway carriage and based on the old station at Hawsker in North Yorkshire, this cottage has character written all over it. Six people can be accommodated in three bedrooms. The master double room has an en-suite shower and WC as well as a single chair bed suitable for a child. There is a double, cabin style room (with the bed accessed from one side only) and a twin bunk bed room which is suitable for children, making this the perfect cottage for a family holiday that no child will ever forget. Also within the cottage is a separate shower room with WC and fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The sitting room is made up with “first class” railway carriage seats so that you can pretend you are rolling along whilst watching television. If you can bear to tear yourself away from this amazing cottage, then the North Yorkshire Moors are just a few miles drive away as well as the famous old fishing village at Robin Hood's Bay and the historic town of Whitby, making this an incredible holiday for all the family.
