With amazing sea views, direct access to the glorious sandy beach, huge expanses of lawn extending to two acres and a tennis court what more could you ask for! Perfect for family gatherings, special celebrations or just bringing friends together, this lovely property has a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the spacious hallway and a maze of rooms unfold offering space for all. The stylish living/dining room has superb sea views and features a wood burning stove for cosy evenings, while a smaller snug sitting room is ideal for watching TV. The attractively fitted and exceptionally spacious dining kitchen is just perfect for leisurely breakfasts whilst planning the exciting day ahead. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, the beautiful master suite with great sea views is set apart from the main house being accessed through a pretty orangery and features an impressive fireplace with log burning stove and ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor the double which features a unique round window with amazing sea views, and a twin room with the option to convert to a double if required are both served by a family bathroom and useful cloakroom. Upstairs you will find two further attractive bedrooms and an additional bathroom. For surfers or sandy children coming straight from the beach a fabulous spacious shower room has been created alongside the utility room, with ample storage for surfboards, wet suites and beach equipment. Cock Rock is adjacent to its sister property Cock Rock Annex and booking both homes together would provide a unique opportunity for large family groups or parties of up to 14. Should you be able to tear yourself away from this lovely spot, the centre of the village of Croyde with its pretty thatched cottages, selection of village inns and local stores is just a short stroll away.
