Chehondo is a beautiful five bedroomed modernist property situated on the edge of the lake, providing simply superb and stunning views across the water. Internally, the property offers accommodation across three floors styled in a fashion in common with the Estate's unique landscape. It shares the modernist, architect-designed aesthetic which underpins the vision behind Lower Mill, and does so with great interior and exterior elegance. The excellently selected furnishings and d?cor give the property a truly boutique feel. Externally the property is located very convenient for the Artspa and also enjoys miles of walks from the doorstep.ACCOMMODATION (Reverse Living)First FloorKitchen is a stylish area with hardwood floors and hand built units. Fully equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge and freezer built in microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer.Living/dining area enjoys beautiful aspect over the estate. Comfortable muted tones, mixed with hardwood flooring create a relaxing blend of the contemporary and the traditional. There are two three-seat sofas, a modern wood-burner, a 26" flat screen LCD TV, DVD and digibox, and a digital radio with iPod speakers.  Dining Area with table that seats eight,  plus there's a breakfast bar with two stools. The entire open plan space is flooded with light from double height glass windows which lead onto a balcony which has simply stunning views over the lake.Second FloorMaster Bedroom is the sole room on the second floor of the house, ensuring both privacy and some amazing views over Lower Mill.  There is also an Ensuite Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WCGround Floor Bedroom Two is a large double with flatscreen TV with DVD, an Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over plus washbasin and WC, plus doors to lakeside sun deck.  Bedroom Three has two bunk beds and direct access onto the outside terrace. Bedroom Four has two single beds. Bedroom Five has a single bed with the use of a truckle bed also. Please confirm that you require this at the point of booking. Family Bathroom with bath with shower over, washbasin and WC. OUTSIDEThe sun deck opens directly onto a grassed area leading down onto the lake. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. As a guest, unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay!Please advise Manor Cottages at the time of booking if your party is a single sex group.Cot and highchair available at additional charge of £10.00 each.Sorry No Pets.
