This beautifully presented light and airy apartment with unrivalled views over the estuary and out to sea is the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The light filled spacious open plan living room features an excellent fitted kitchen, stylish comfortable sitting area and separate dining area all furnished to a high standard. Patio doors open onto the balcony, a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee while watching the variety of boats and craft from the nearby yacht club. On balmy summer evenings the spectacular sunsets are not to be missed. From an inner hallway two lovely bedrooms are served by a separate modern bathroom. The idyllic village of Instow boasts a great choice of pubs and restaurants and the popular delicatessen is a real treat. A soft sandy walking beach, backed by dunes, is never too busy at any time of year and for walkers or cyclists the popular Tarka Trail is literally on the doorstep. The bathing and surfing beaches of Westward Ho!, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are a short drive away as are the famous Royal North Devon and Saunton golf clubs. There is so much to explore in this lovely part of North Devon and Broad waters is the perfect choice for a memorable holiday.
