This modern detached home is ideal for families, with a large fully enclosed rear lawn and patio to enjoy those long leisurely summer days and evenings. The modern sitting room features comfy leather sofas and the spacious modern dining kitchen has patio doors out into the garden. The three attractive bedrooms are all served by a modern family bathroom and separate cloakroom. Croyde's pretty collection of thatched cottages, good selection of pubs, restaurants and popular ice cream parlour provide a picture postcard setting for a fabulous holiday.
