The beautiful coastal resort of Whitby is approximately 11 miles away and well worth of a days outing, along with the North Yorkshire Moors villages of Grosmont and Goathland, often referred to as Heartbeat Country. Excellent cliff top walks along Cleveland Way are easily accessible where you can inhale the sea breeze and admire the wonderful views.
