Bat Roost is great for larger groups, it has super facilities and very comfortable accommodation. The barn is full of character and the coast at Holkham, Wells and Burnham Market are all easily accessible. The Crown at Rudham is excellent for dining.

Helloughton is a small village surrounded by attractive countryside. A peaceful location that has very good access to the North Norfolk Coast, the coastal villages of Burnham Market and Brancaster and the sandy beaches of Thornham and Holme. The RSPB site at Titchwell offers wonderful bird-watching opportunities. The attractive market town of Fakenham is four miles away, with its shops, bowling alley, cinema, restaurants and a Thursday market which should not be missed. Pensthorpe, home to the BBC Springwatch programme, is a great day out for all ages and is just 3 miles south east of Fakenham. National Cycle Routes 1 & 2 are just two of the routes that are in the locality and they will certainly test your staying power. A great location for a holiday at any time of the year with lots to see and do.

Whilst retaining many original features and using materials to enhance the character the barn offers tradition with modern amenities. Set in a rural setting, with its own spacious garden, communal garden, pond and woodland area. The nearby village of East Rudham provides a post/general store and The Crown which is a very good pub/restaurant. Fakenham has a choice of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops.
