With views of the sea and dramatic cliffs, and set in the coastal hamlet of Trenance a two minute walk from the golden sand at Mawgan Porth, this recently built accommodation is the entire lower ground floor of a detached house in a sloping grassy garden surrounded by a low stone wall, with a private gate to a footpath leading down to the beach.

Approached from the parking area, a flight of steps and a ramp leads down to the side of the house, where an entrance door opens directly into the living room with laminate wood flooring, a comfortable leather suite and patio doors opening to the terrace and enclosed garden. Three steps lead up to a smart fitted kitchen and to a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath.

Leading off the sitting area is a hallway which gives access to three bedrooms, a twin bedded room, one with bunk beds, and a double with an ensuite shower room W.C. and wash basin and patio doors opening to a second terrace. Midway between Padstow and Newquay and only a mile from the spectacular beauty spot at Bedruthan Steps, the village of Mawgan Porth, a five minute walk along the beach or one mile by road, has a pub, beach cafe, garage and a small grocery store.

The seaside resort of Newquay is 6 miles and the quaint fishing port of Padstow is 8 miles away. There is also a nine hole hilltop golf course and driving range nearby.

Please note: Bed linen is available at £10 per double & £5 per single per week to be paid on arrival. Towels are available at £3.50 per person per week to be paid on arrival.
