IMPRESSIVE RESIDENCE EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK WITH GAMES ROOM AND PONY RIDES This substantial period home is in the heart of Exmoor with its own gated entrance and shared driveway to the livery yard. The area is renowned for some of the most picturesque countryside in the South West with excellent walking riding and shooting. There is a public footpath down a track next to the horses barn which is a great short cut to the pub a 5 minute stroll away a torch is necessary in the evenings. The property is a short drive from the seaside towns of Lynton Lynmouth Porlock and Minehead all waiting to be explored. Excellent coastal walks especially through the Valley of the Rocks from Heddons Mouth to Woody Bay and along the top of Countisbury Hill. Attractions close by include the National Trust properties at Dunster Arlington Court and Knighthayes Court and at Minehead Somerwest World (Butlins) West Somerset Steam Railway and nearby the pretty town of Dulverton. Farm activities: pony rides are available at an extra cost and can be arranged on site. Games room: with TV/DVD Wii games console books and board games. Bathroom: on the top floor bath with shower over and WC. Shower room: on the middle floor with WC. Lounge: on the ground floor with woodburner (logs included) and great country views TV/DVD and wi-fi. Dining room: with wood panelling and ample seating sofas and open fire (logs included). Kitchen: with Aga and electric oven and gas hob large fridge/ freezer (ice maker/dispenser) dishwasher microwave. Breakfast area opening out to terrace. Utility room: washing machine. Outside: Gardens can best be seen from the terrace with its balustrades and steps leading down to the extensive lawns. Amenities: ample parking.
