A host of footpaths run from the property to an array of different locations encompassing environments such as wooded areas streams fields and cliffs. An enticing stroll down through the woods to the beach will reveal the coves and harbour of Portreath with excellent surf and stretches of golden sand. There are several new mining trails in the area ideal for cycling or walking one of which leads straight from the farm. Nearby is the popular golf course of Tehidy and within a short drive you will find the towns of St Ives Penzance Truro and Falmouth all boasting excellent restaurants. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 3 of which are situated on the ground floor 1 four-poster double with en-suite with shower over bath and WC 1 small twin and 1 further double with en-suite shower and WC (this room also has french doors that lead to an enclosed patio area). On the first floor 1 double and 1 twin bedroom both with sea views. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Shower room with WC on the first floor. Lounge: also situated on the first floor galleried area with views over the land to the bay at Portreath. Having TV DVD Freeview and a feature balcony area with seating that is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped situated on the ground floor with electric cooker microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: 2 patio areas 1 of which is enclosed. BBQ available upon request. Lounge has external access via stone steps with railings. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating all included wi-fi available. Regret no pets. Location: the beach shops pubs and restaurants at Portreath can be accessed via the country footpath that is approximately a mile long or a 5 minute drive. Arrival: not before 4pm. You are welcome to drop your luggage off before this time if you wish.
