DETACHED HOUSE ADJACENT TO NORTHAM BURROWS AND SANDY BEACH WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB This brand new house is set within walking distance of the glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! As well as a huge range of typical seaside activities surfers body boarders and sun worshippers can all enjoy the magnificent 2 miles of golden sands. Northam Burrows Country Park is adjacent to the beach and a gateway from the burrows leads direct to the cul-de-sac in which the house is situated. Westward Ho! offers a range of pubs restaurants cafes amusement arcades takeaways and shops. Spectacular cliff-top walks can be enjoyed with far reaching views out over the Atlantic Ocean; an ideal vantage point to enjoy the evening sunsets. The port town of Bideford is a 10 minute drive and offers weekly pannier and open-air markets. Other interesting places to visit are Appledore a small fishing village with many maritime connections and Instow with its estuary beach sand dunes and home to the North Devon Yacht Club.
