STUNNING DETACHED HOME WITH STYLISH MODERN DESIGN AND PRIVATE HOT TUB This newly built designer and unique property is set in the peaceful village of Carharrack a few miles from the North Cornish coastal resorts of Portreath and Porthtowan. Ideal for celebrations and get togethers. The area is famed for its mining history and is a World Heritage Site. Right on your doorstep is 60km of traffic free mineral tramways a network of pathways that provide a must-do activity for walkers cyclists and horse riders. Breathtaking coastal views can be seen from the trails from St Ives to Perranporth and inland across the wild hills of West Cornwall. Other attractions include Radnor Golf and Leisure where you can enjoy a 9 hole 18 tee course practice in the floodlit driving range or learn to ski in the indoor ski centre. Children love the Treasure Park and Museum in Redruth. For train enthusiasts a visit to the Moseley Toy & Train Museum is a must. For would be surfers Porthtowan has its own surf school with lifeguards (seasonal). Kitchen area with electric oven combination oven/microwave induction hob American style fridge/freezer with ice maker dishwasher and coffee maker. Utility room: on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: door from the middle floor leads out to an enclosed decked balcony with hot tub and garden furniture. Amenities: ample parking for 3 4 cars and a car port which can be enclosed behind a 5 bar gate. Bed linen towels underfloor heating initial supply of logs and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach 5.5 miles shop and pub in village 200 metres Gastro pub 1 mile. Cycle hire 3 miles. Arrival time 4pm.
