This is a delightful and traditional Norfolk brick and flint cottage which is close to the coast at Brancaster and Thornham. Attractively furnished and comfortable, it is a great holiday retreat.

Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a large general store, a pub, a fish and chip shop and a cafe. There is also a large playing field with a tennis court. .

4 Church Terrace is a pretty flint and brick terraced cottage decorated in an individual and attractive Shaker style, 'a touch of New England in Norfolk'. The accommodation is compact, very comfortable and benefits from an enclosed garden and off-road parking. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles
