Located approximately 3 miles from the medieval market town of Totnes which sits astride the river Dart and offers a wealth of small shops cafés locally sourced food and great places to eat river trips and Totnes castle. The smaller town of Dartington is within 5 miles with stunning gardens and cultural events the busier towns of Brixham with its pretty harbour and Torbay with its sandy beach and resort attractions are both a 30 minute drive.
