Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV DVD and Freeview bay window and door overlooks the rear courtyard enjoying fantastic uninterrupted sea views. Kitchen area comprises electric oven gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: patio area which is covered by the balcony above and enjoys a private aspect with seating. There is a further larger patio area with sea views (care must be taken with small children). Amenities: allocated parking space for 1 car in the harbour car park which is approximately a 5 minute walk from the property and a permit is supplied.
