It s an area of exceptional beauty and contrast with river estuaries rolling hills and thatched cottages surrounding the lovely old towns of Dartmouth Totnes Kingsbridge Salcombe Modbury and Ivybridge. There are many family beaches in the South Hams and there are many attractions nearby including Dartmoor National Park the English Riviera Exeter Plymouth Haldon Forest and The South Devon Railway. Leisure facilities: on site you are welcome to enjoy the shared indoor heated swimming pool open all year round with shower and changing facilities. Relax on the veranda with shared sunken hot tub seating and sun loungers taking in the beautiful countryside views. Shared utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use (honesty box for payments). Drying room for muddy boots and coats and secure bike storage Outside: the owners welcome you to wander the shared spacious gardens along with the local community woodland.
