CHARMING CHARACTER COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF ST AGNES This spacious detached cottage is full of charm and character and retains many of its original features. Located on the North Cornish coastline St Agnes is a creative and thriving little village which sits in both a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage Site. Its golden sandy beach has long been popular with surfers and is within walking distance. The South West Coast Path is only a short walk and offers some of the finest and most picturesque views. The Lizard Peninsula and other popular destinations such as St Ives Penzance and Land s End are all just a short drive. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with four poster bed and TV 1 further double and 1 twin all located on the first floor reached via cottage style stairs. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with TV and woodburner. Lounge/diner: with TV and basic Sky package DVD woodburner (first basket of logs provided) and low original beams please mind you head. Kitchen: with electric oven hob fridge/ freezer microwave and TV. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer (by meter) dishwasher and Belfast sink perfect for washing sandy feet. Outside: enclosed garden with decking and seating to the front patio/ seating area to the rear with BBQ. Amenities: off road parking for 1 car further available on the roadside.
