A SHORT STROLL TO THE CREEK AND CLOSE TO THE AMENITIES OF PLYMOUTH This 300 year old cottage nestles in a peaceful hamlet a short stroll to the nearby creek which offers peace and tranquillity an ideal spot for touring the whole area. The historic city of Plymouth is a 15 minute drive and offers a range of facilities and attractions including The Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium theatre cinema leisure facilities and restaurants. Situated within the South Hams there are many sheltered coves and long sandy beaches to enjoy. The English Riviera is well worth a visit as is Dartmoor with its rugged scenery and wildlife. The detached accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. Retaining much original charm and character there are THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC 1 double and 1 twin all with TVs. Bathroom: situated downstairs with whirlpool bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and TV.
